18th Man is now Maroon Member. With new member benefits, exclusive insider content and member only merchandise, we’re extremely excited about what we can achieve this year with your support.

The Membership pre-sale window is open to current Members from 9am Tuesday 29 November AEST.
Memberships will be on sale to the general public from 9am Friday 2 December AEST.

Each Primary Account Holder is able to purchase up to 10 Ticketed Memberships. Any Membership seats purchased over this number will automatically be cancelled without a refund. This includes additional seating purchased in the General Public or Maroon supporter bay seating.

There is no purchase limit for Non-Ticketed Memberships.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your Membership kit from date of purchase. To ensure your Membership is delivered before Game I, order before 1 May 2017. Ticketed Members will receive their game day tickets via their nominated delivery method. All Ticketed Members can collect a supporter wig and flag from a collection point at the Suncorp Stadium entrance for Games I and III, and ANZ Stadium entrance for Game II upon showing their Member card and match ticket.

Renewing Members

Current Members have access to the pre-sale window from 9am Tuesday 29 November. Only Members holding a 2016 Platinum Membership and renewing to a 2017 Diamond Membership will have the opportunity to renew the same seats from 9am Tuesday 29 November – 3pm Thursday 1 December 2016 AEST. Seats not renewed during this time will be released for resale. Please note that seating category areas have changed, for more information on these changes and to check which package is right for you, please see “What’s new in 2017”.

Diamond Members can reserve their seat during the seat renewal window only (9am Tuesday 29 November – 3pm Thursday 1 December 2016 AEST). Seats that are not renewed before 1 December will be released to the general public from 10am Friday 2 December 2016.

Account Details

Your Maroon Member number is printed on your Member card. This number is unique to each Membership that is purchased.

The only way to ensure you receive access to Member Benefits such as exclusive team content, invitations to upcoming events and special offers and promotions is to register your Maroon Member number. Visit qrl.com.au/register to register using your Maroon Member number printed on your Maroon Member card.

A Primary Account Holder is the Member in charge of the account. Each Primary Account Holder is entitled to nine (9) Secondary Members (one for each additional match ticket purchased by the Primary Account Holder).

All information and communication disclosed is addressed to the Primary Account Holder. Secondary Members can access Member Benefits such as special offers and event invitations by registering their Maroon Member number (as shown on the Member Card) at qrl.com.au/register.

Only the Primary Account Holder can authorise changes to the account details. Any information the Queensland Rugby League discloses about a Membership account can only be with a Primary Account Holder. If a Secondary Account Holder wants to become a Primary Account Holder we must receive written confirmation from the Primary Account Holder to release them.

Payment for Membership will be taken at time of purchase and facilitated through Ticketek.

Memberships will not be refunded on the basis of specific seat allocations or dissatisfaction with the provision of the individual elements of the entitlements.

Email us at memberships@qrl.com.au to arrange replacement tickets. A fee of $20 will apply for each replacement ticket.

Game Day

Please email us at memberships@qrl.com.au to find out more about group bookings. Please note the Queensland Rugby League do not warrant that every request for Membership, ticketing and or seating allocations can or will be complied with. Seating is allocated as best available at time of sale.

Members will need to display a valid match ticket and Member card to receive their supporter wig and flag from the Queensland Rugby League. You will be notified prior to game day with details on pickup locations and other important match day information.

Members with a disability that may affect their seating allocation should include a note explaining the nature of their specific seating requirements on their application. Please specify if a wheelchair and/or a carer’s seat is required.

Suncorp Stadium does not provide car parking facilities of any kind. With a valid match ticket, patrons are entitled to free public transport to and from the match. Please visit Translink for their full terms and conditions of use.

No, as per the Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. Ticketed Memberships cannot be sold via the internet or at a premium.

 

The sale of the ticket gives the purchaser a transferable, but conditional licence for admission to the specified match. The licence may be terminated if the purchaser or any subsequent transferee (a) Resells this ticket at a premium; (b) Resells this ticket through a broker or agent; (c) Advertises or offers this ticket for resale on the internet or in any other medium; (d) Uses this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purpose (including competitions or trade promotions), fundraising or to enhance the demand for other goods or services; without the prior, written permission of the NRL and or the QRL. The NRL and or the QRL has the right to deny admission if the licence has been terminated. Ticket scalping is an offence under consumer law in Australia and may incur the below penalties should this matter be referred to the police. Sellers of scalped tickets face a maximum fine of 20 penalty units or $2200. Buyers of scalped tickets face a maximum fine of 5 penalty units or $550.

Member Benefits

Registered Members will be notified via email with invitations to upcoming events. Please note these emails will be sent only to the Primary Account Holder and Members who have registered their Member number at qrl.com.au/register. In order to be notified, Members must not have unsubscribed from our emails.

Primary Account Holders and registered Members will be notified the via email with exclusive NRL pre-sales and instructions on how to process your tickets. If you received a Membership as a gift, you can register your Maroon Member number printed on your Maroon Member Card to receive access to Member Benefits by visiting qrl.com.au/register.
